7 Layer Dip
Everyone loves a 7- layer dip. Here is a recipe that is great for the holiday weekend.
This recipe uses 1cup each of the following ingredients:
grated 2%fat cheese
chopped black pitted olives
chopped tomatoes,
lite sour cream
guacamole
refried bean
and two chopped scallions
Spread each ingredient in order from the middle of a 9- inch plate to the outer edge. Serve with tortilla chips. You want to make 2 smaller dishes of this dip because towards the end it looks pretty worked over. Then you will have more left to fill another dish.
