Sweet Tooth

Has your sweet tooth kicked into high gear yet? Mine has. Perhaps it’s visual cues as our office now seems to have holidays treats all around. Some of it my favorite making the effort to resist my “challenge” of the day.
I decided better to indulge a bit rather than deny. I’ve decided to allow myself one piece of chocolate candy a day if I really want something sweet. I also have to think about it for 1 minute before snatching a piece out of the box. The days I indulge I will walk an extra 10 minutes after dinner when I walk the dog for 30 minutes. The dog loves those days since he could walk forever. That means everyone is happy!
