I am a firm believer in eat what you preach. As such, I try to eat the majority of my meals from scratch, and try to minimize the amount of foods that I consume out of a package. Every weekend I sit down with my husband and we plan out our lunch and dinners for the week so that we can make our grocery list. Inevitably, we always include some variation of a tacos because they are easy to make, inexpensive, and quite frankly, delicious! I’ve included a link for a recipe for one of our favorite variations: Cilantro Lime Shrimp Tacos with Roasted Corn Slaw and Roasted Jalapeno Cream. Enjoy!
