Prosciutto Wrapped Dates

This is a nutrient packed appetizer that would be a great addition to your summer barbecue.
The substitution of prosciutto in place of bacon reduces the cholesterol, saturated fat, and overall calories. The mixture of the salty prosciutto and sweet date is delicious!
HIgh in fiber, vitamin A, Potassium, iron, calcium, manganese, copper and B-vitmains.
