Flank Steak Recipe

Flank steak is a great entree for a summer barbecue. Below is a recipe for a super tasting meal.

Flank steak needs to marinade for 6 hours before cooking

Marinade Ingredients

1/3 cup soy sauce
4 tbs. worcestershire sauce
3 tbs. honey
3 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
4 chopped cloves of garlic

Place meat in a sealed plastic bag with marinade and refrigerate
Allow flank steak to come to room temperature for at least an hour before cooking.
Cook each side 4 minutes on a hot grill.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Slice and serve.
