Written by RD Monica Joyce: fish-oil-TS-148266535-628If you’ve been spending money on fish oil supplements you might want to think twice. A recent study printed in the Journal of the American Medical Association states that omega-3 supplements did not slow cognitive decline in older people. The supplement world continued to remain controversial. Unfortunately purchasing supplements is often a waste of money.
