We are almost two weeks into 2017. How are your resolutions going? No matter what the resolution is or why you made it, I want to help you keep it! All Good Goals should follow this very simple acronym: SMART!
Here is an example of a SMART goal:
Specific– Lose weight around my waist.
Measurable– Lose 2 inches around my waist.
Attainable– Losing 2 inches is reasonable for a female my size….losing 6 is NOT.
Relevant– I am worried about the health repercussions that come with weight gain and would like to stay on top of this.
Time-Bound– I have 2 months to lose this weight.
Weight loss is a daunting goal for many. Good news is, that this SMART acronym works for all goals like reading more books, walking the dog more, or even putting in more effort with out-of-touch friends and family. The Too Busy to Diet team is here to help you succeed ALL YEAR LONG!
