Get Kids Involved in Cooking Early

Instill a love for cooking and encourage good nutrition by starting your children early in the kitchen. Their end products may not be the most beautiful creations, but they are learning the importance of making food, loving the experience of independence with cooking, and improving their dexterity skills.
It is also a great activity to do with parents while they are putting meals together for the family.
Nora, complete with hair bow is “Little Miss Independence”. Everything she attempts is met with the phrase,” I do it myself”. She is also very eager to help with washing dishes and helping clean up the kitchen after her creations are made. Now all we have to do is get the boys to do the same.
