Cheese Flavored Popcorn (1 ounce)

  • Calories from fat: 82 k/cal

Adding cheese and sugar can  make popcorn taste delicious, but it also drives down the nutritional value (as well as decreasing fiber). When looking for a healthy snack, plain popcorn is typically the highest in fiber and the best way to go!
