Add to a salad or slice up and eat along side a sliced tomato. They are one of the very low calorie vegetables with just 15 calories per 100 grams. No fat, no cholesterol, a good source of potassium, high in Vitamin K and moderate in B-carotene and a-carotene and Vitamin C and A. Not bad for an easy to prepare, low cost vegetable.
