Cottage Cheese

Don’t forget about cottage cheese for a quick and nutritious breakfast, lunch, dinner or between-meal snack. Recently, a young client of mine asked if eating cottage cheese was “O.K.”. The answer is “of course”!
Her favorite is Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese which has 13 grams of protein, 4 grams of carbs and 90 calories for a 1/2 cup serving. There are no additives, thickeners, or preservatives.
Cottage cheese is convenient and versatile. You can add it to fruits and vegetables or just about anything to make a meal or a snack fun and interesting.
