Domino Light: A Calorie-Saving Tip

I love starting my mornings with 2 heaping teaspoons of sugar in my cafe latte. I recently tried Domino’s Light, a blend of sugar and stevia, and enjoyed it.
It has half the calories and carbs of sugar. One teaspoon has only 8 calories and 2 grams of carbs. So, try adding it to your coffee or tea, sprinking it on a food to sweeten it up, and/or adding it in baking. It’s a great alternative.
