Edamame Trail Mix

1 cup of walnuts
1 cup of almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 cups dried roasted edamame
Mix all in a large container.
A 1/4 cup portion has approximately 180 calories and 6.8 grams of protein.

It can hit the spot and tie you over if lunch or dinner are running late and need a high protein snack.
Remember a high protein snack can keep you feeling full longer. One of the pluses of trail mix is it is portable and make a great carry along snack.
