Great Snack Idea

Written by Allie McTighe. While watching the Biggest Loser, the trainers suggested Lara Bars as a great snack. I did some research on them and was very pleased with what I found. They are made from whole food and each bar contains no more than nine ingredients. Lara Bars are a blend of unsweetened fruits, nuts, and spices. The bars are minimally processed and are as close to their natural state as possible. I tried the apple pie, peanut butter and jelly, and cashew cookie bars and thought they were great!
