Guilt-Free Thanksgiving

I have been reading all the tips for avoiding overeating on Thanksgiving: from using smaller plates to eating only your favorite foods. For those still struggling with what to do, I suggest forget the guilt, indulge and enjoy. Remember it isn’t the holiday but those 4 weeks that follow that provide many opportunities to rack up the calories and gain weight.
So, eat what you like, share the leftovers with guests and get right back on track with your usual food and exercise program. After all Thanksgiving comes but once a year.
