A recent study from the Department of nutrition and Exercise Physiology at the Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine
Found that eating breakfast with 35 grams of protein prevented weight gain by reducing daily food intake, feelings of hunger and stabilized blood sugars among overweight teens who were skipping breakfast. So if you are sending kids off to school make sure they take a few minutes to have a protein packed breakfast. It’s an investment in their future.
