Healthy sport snacks to bring your child after games:
Cold water bottles and:
Pretzels
Orange slices
Apple slices or celery sticks with peanut butter
* ( If you carpool, it might be best to serve this at home to avoid contact with either the food or car seat upholstery for children with nut allergies)
Grapes
Raw vegetables with salad dressing or hummus for dip
Popcorn
Fat free mozzarella sticks
2%fat cheese with low fat crackers
Trail mixes made with healthy cereals, nuts, and dried fruit
(Serve at home if you car pool also for risks for children with nut allergies)
