Written by Allie McTighe. Today while watching the Rachael Ray show, I learned of a new recipe that will help people drink more water. It is very important to stay hydrated and most people do not consume the daily-recommended amount of water. Most people like excitement in what they drink, and do not get that sensation from water. The recipe calls for: sparkling water and grapefruit juice. Put the grapefruit juice in ice cube trays and freeze. Put the flavored ice cubes into the sparkling water, with a shot of grapefruit juice. It’s a great drink to keep hydrated!
