Migraines and Salsa

A reader shared her experience of eating chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant while experiencing a migraine. Not only did she begin to feel better shortly after eating them but has used this remedy weekly to combat migraines. She no longer gets migraines! Seems like the hot peppers might be a remedy for migraines. People’s Pharmacy Pharmacists report that other natural remedies such as magnesium, butternut, feverfew, riboflavin and ginger can help too.
So if you suffer from migraines hot peppers just might do the trick.
