Lucy loves chocolate and comes from a long line of chocolate lovers. Her Great Grandpa Joyce loved chocolate.
Need a reason to indulge? The good news is scientist are still saying there are health benefits to eating dark chocolate. One German study found that systolic blood pressure was reduced by 3 points and diastolic by 2 points in the group eating small amounts of dark chocolate. Systolic is the top number and diastolic the bottom.
Look for 70 percent cocoa and watch out for those calories!
