Soups on! Still!

Written by Monica Joyce. It’s still cold here in Chicago. Just about the time the temperature may get better we get a blast of cold air.
Since I don’t have time to make homemade soup this week I have been enjoying Progresso’s Heart Healthy soups. Good timing since February is Heart Healthy Month. There are 10 soups to choose from that have met the FDA’s criteria for heart healthy. These soups are low in fat, saturated fat and cholesterol and sodium is reduced to 480 mg or less.
I’ve enjoyed all of them. So if you need a winter “comfort food” snack or meal soups are a great choice. Spring is around the corner so enjoy now!
